Database Management

NRM’s Database Manager is proficient in custom Access Database design. When single or multiple Excel spreadsheets become too cumbersome, complex or time intensive, Access Database streamlines the process. NRM can create databases for any project. We utilize Access database in-house for many of our data heavy projects (inventories, appraisals, accounting, etc.). Database forms facilitate data entry to reduce error and data corruption which in turn retains the integrity and confidence in the calculations and reporting. A well designed and organized database keeps the data organized and can efficiently query any aspect of the data quickly. Databases can perform complex calculations and provide professional multi-faceted reports of all kinds including charts and graphs. Existing data can be imported from Excel or GIS tables into Access. Data from Access can, in turn, be exported into Excel.
